Refund Policy

130-day money-back guarantee on your first order

Try Practs for 30 days from delivery. If your first order isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and your whole first order is refunded. You don't need to send anything back.

• This guarantee applies to your first order of Practs strips only, and to one order per customer and per shipping address.
• It covers your whole first order: we refund the full amount you paid for it, shipping included.
• Just send us your order number through our contact page. We may ask what didn't work for you, but you don't have to answer.
• Once we've checked that it's your first order, we refund it within 5 business days, to your original payment method.

2Later orders

For health and safety reasons, we don't take back supplements. Orders after your first one can't be returned or refunded if you change your mind. They are covered if something arrives damaged, wrong or not at all (see below).

3Damaged, wrong or lost items

If a product arrives damaged, you received the wrong product, or your package is lost, contact us within 21 days of delivery (or of the estimated delivery date for a lost package) with your order number and, for damaged or wrong items, a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund those items. You don't need to send anything back.

4Canceling an order

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to cancel it and refund you in full. After that, your order is already being prepared. If your order can't ship within 5 business days, we'll email you and you can cancel it for a full refund.

5How refunds work

Refunds go back to your original payment method, within 5 business days once approved. Refunds are based on the price you actually paid, after any set price (for example, the price of 2 tins). Once we issue a refund, your bank or card issuer may take several business days to show it.

6No subscriptions

Every Practs order is a one-time purchase. We never sign you up for a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing will be charged later.
